Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription

Our online golf coaching program costs $225 USD per month and includes swing analysis, up to 10 coaching interactions per month, and responses within 24 hours.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To request cancellation, contact us at joachim.altonen@gmail.com.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

Subscription payments cover the applicable monthly coaching period. Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

1. Coaching Services

Joachim Altonen provides online golf coaching, including golf swing analysis and feedback based on videos and information submitted by clients.

Coaching is delivered through agreed communication channels, including iMessage and WhatsApp.

2. Subscription and Pricing

The coaching program costs $225 USD per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.

The subscription includes up to 10 coaching interactions per month and a target response time of 24 hours. Response times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

3. Payments and Cancellation

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly payments of $225 USD until your subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting clear videos when requesting swing analysis. Coaching recommendations are based on the information available.

5. Nature of Coaching

Golf coaching is educational and intended to help clients improve their golf skills. Results vary by individual, and specific performance improvements cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

Coaching materials and original instructional content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Clients may use feedback for their personal golf development but may not redistribute proprietary materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of coaching services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Coaching communications and swing videos may be exchanged through iMessage or WhatsApp. Information shared through these services may also be subject to the respective providers’ privacy policies.

Personal information may be processed by service providers involved in operating our website, processing payments, or delivering communications. We do not sell personal information.

Refund Policy

1. Monthly Coaching Subscription

Our online golf coaching program costs $225 USD per month and includes swing analysis, up to 10 coaching interactions per month, and feedback through agreed communication channels.

2. Refund Eligibility

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do not normally provide partial refunds for unused days or unused coaching interactions within a paid month.

However, we will review requests involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or situations where the coaching service has not been provided as agreed.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at joachim.altonen@gmail.com. Please include your name, the email address used for your subscription, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals according to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a previous payment.
